This key position at The Miller Group involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant. As a Concrete Plant Operator, you will be responsible for managing plant equipment, maintaining quality control, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening the plant and conducting daily inspections to identify any potential issues
- Reviewing daily plans with the dispatch manager to ensure seamless execution
- Providing exceptional customer service by taking customer orders and addressing inquiries
- Collaborating with material suppliers to manage inventory needs and maintain quality control

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid G license and access to vehicle
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Willingness to work long and varied shifts, including occasional weekends
