Customer Service Representative

At Laura Canada, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to product availability, shipping, and returns.
  • Document all customer interactions in our case log system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Investigate customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of relevant customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Part-time availability, with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, including evenings and holidays.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
