Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues, using our case log system.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management, as necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
  • Availability: Full-time availability, with a 35-hour workweek, including weekdays from 8:00am-8:00pm and weekends from 9:00am-5:00pm.
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and learn quickly.
  • Personal Qualities: Empathetic and understanding of customer needs, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
