Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Banff Gondola. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of food for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook food to high standards
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Supervise food preparation and cooking activities to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Train and mentor junior staff members
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
