Retail Store Team Lead

At Ontario inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances
- Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to ensure we have the right products in stock
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our store is well-staffed at all times
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our store is running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
