About the Opportunity

Hydrostor, a pioneer in Advanced Compressed Air Energy Storage (A-CAES) systems, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Contract Manager to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our commercial and business development team, you will play a pivotal role in negotiating and managing revenue agreements, real estate agreements, and partnership agreements.

Your Mission

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure adherence to contractual standards and processes, provide guidance on contractual terms, potential risks, and negotiate complex contracts. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating revenue agreements, establishing guidelines for various contract types, and driving accountability across our origination and business development groups.

About You

You are a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, adept at driving accountability and ensuring adherence to contracting guidelines. With 9+ years of experience in contract management, preferably within the energy or related industries, you have a proven track record of reviewing and structuring revenue agreements, developing procedural development to support high-volume contractual agreements, and analyzing contractual terms to assess risks.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
