- Nurture enduring relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive organic revenue growth.
- Identify and develop talent within the business unit, promoting career advancement and ensuring the right skills and expertise are in place to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, clients, and competitors to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- 15 years of experience leading and growing significant business functions in professional services firms.
- Proven leadership capability, inspiring multidisciplinary teams around a common purpose.
What We Offer:
