Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Leena's Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Or equivalent experience

Work Setting: Our team is based in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people.

Computer and Technology Knowledge: You will be required to have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

Area of Work Experience: You will be working in the area of purchasing, procurement, and contracts.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You will be required to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure. You will also be required to have attention to detail and be able to multitask.

Personal Suitability: You will be required to be a team player, organized, and reliable.

Other Benefits: We offer parking available, a permanent work term, and a work language of English. You will be working 30 to 40 hours per week.
