Job Overview

The Administrative Officer will provide critical support to the Bearded Guys Barber Shop team, focusing on administrative tasks, office management, and customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to enhance office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate current administrative processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence
  • Train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements

  • Efficient interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent written communication skills to prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role and possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
