At Leena\u0027s Inc, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members. This includes scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and ordering office supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and greeting visitors. Additionally, you will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents. If you have excellent organizational skills and are able to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Reliability and dependability
