About the Role

At Manulife, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients across various jurisdictions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,800 - $73,000 CAD per year, depending on location and experience.
