We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Professional to join our team at Financière Manuvie. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to policyholders and other stakeholders through inbound calls, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple computer systems and software applications. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, analyzing problems, and delivering detailed and proactive solutions.

As a representative of Financière Manuvie, you will embody the company's values of empathy, agility, and innovation. You will work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide support when needed.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bilingual (verbal & written proficiency) in both French and English due to frequent interaction with internal/external English-speaking customers or employees outside of Quebec.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
