Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality food and service standards, and ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain records of sales and wastage.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lead a team.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
