Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at J.F.N. Ent Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain records
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
