Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario INC o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
