About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at IKROM Construction Inc. as a Construction Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Crane Maintenance: Clean and lubricate cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Site Setup: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Pipeline Assistance: Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Site Cleanup: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
