About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at EcoWise Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials, including heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Site Preparation: Help prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Assisting Tradespeople: Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with their work, including mixing and applying materials, and operating hand tools.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in the demolition of buildings and the removal of debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair work on construction equipment and tools.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment, lifting heavy materials, and standing for long periods.
  • Teamwork: As a Construction Laborer, you will be working as part of a team, so excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
