About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at EcoWise Construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Material Handling: Handle and transport construction materials, such as concrete, asphalt, and lumber, to designated areas.
  • Assisting Craftsmen: Assist skilled craftsmen, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with their tasks and provide support as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work site by removing debris, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment, and work at heights.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Setting: You will work in various locations, including construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
