About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at EcoWise Construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in operating cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment as needed.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools, and assist in repairing damaged or broken equipment.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in temperature and weather conditions.
