Job Summary

Weston Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process by performing various tasks such as loading and unloading construction materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and removing rubble and debris.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition.
  • Assist in the demolition of buildings by safely removing debris and materials.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
