  • Job Summary
  • W & W Trading Company Ltd. is seeking a CORPORATE SALES MANAGER to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. This is a permanent position offering 32 to 40 hours of work per week with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate required and 5 years or more of experience or equivalent experience.
  • About the Role
  • As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for arranging training for staff, conducting performance reviews, overseeing payroll administration, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, determining strategic planning related to new product lines, establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, leading sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts, organizing regional and divisional sales operations, planning, directing and evaluating the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments, recruiting, organizing, training and managing staff, assigning, co-ordinating and reviewing projects and programs, leading/instructing groups, providing customer service, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
