Administrative Assistant - Studio Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Studio Operations team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the team, manage calendars, and handle various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Studio Operations team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling headcount transactions.
  • Assist with procurement of goods and services, and manage the studio swag program.
  • Liaise with external vendors, partners, and Microsoft teams to cultivate and maintain industry contacts and relationships.
  • Support the External Development manager with the creation and submission of contracts, statements of work, and amendments within the procurement system.
  • Partner with other stakeholders on Talent & Culture projects as needed, including onboarding, learning series, etc.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education.
  • An outstanding customer service mindset and proactive communication skills.
  • An eye for organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing ambiguous situations with guidance.
  • Proactive and able to prioritize multiple requests effectively.
  • Skilled at navigating corporate tools and comfortable with occasional manual handling up to 20 lbs.
