We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to support the growth and education of young children in a nurturing environment at beBee Professionals in Thunder Bay, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs tailored to the needs of young children.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters learning and development.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective educational strategies.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Valid certification in Early Childhood Education in Canada.
  • Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
