Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, plus a range of benefits tailored to our employees' unique needs. These include 17 weeks of paid child-care leave, five paid days for traditional Indigenous practices, and access to our employee networks for networking, education, and career development opportunities.
Job DescriptionThe Technology Leadership Advancement Program (TLAP) is a 2-year rotational program that offers significant flexibility for you to carve your own path as a future technology leader at CIBC. You'll join a team that continues to push the boundaries of innovative technology to make our clients' ambitions a reality. Your rotations will be within the technology streams of the bank, which includes teams responsible for enterprise-wide tech, corporate functions like enterprise architecture, Agile, and DevOps, and teams that keep the lights on like Tech Ops and Payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications- You have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in any technical domain.
- You have strong analytical and leadership skills.
- You are keen to grow with diverse teams of technology and project professionals.
- You have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Degree or Advanced Degree in Computer Science/ Technology is an asset.
