Program Overview

The Technology Leadership Advancement Program (TLAP) is a 2-year rotational program with three 8-month rotations. You will join a team that continues to push CIBC as the market leader in innovative technology to make our clients' ambitions a reality.

What You'll Be Doing

As a TLAP Associate, you will have the opportunity to explore various technology streams within the bank, including Enterprise Technology, Digital Banking, Payments Technology, and more. You will take on different roles, such as Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, ScrumMaster, Technical Project Manager, and Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology solutions to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a technical domain
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Keen to grow with diverse teams of technology and project professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or Technology an asset
