We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at FIN INFOTECH INC. as a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Team Management: Select, direct, and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to demonstrate attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
