About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at FIN INFOTECH INC. as a General Manager. This is a permanent position that requires a strong leader to oversee the organization's operations and implement strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
    • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
    • Hire and direct staff
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people
  • Business Acumen and Decision Making
    • Make informed decisions that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and secure work environment
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and written communication skills
    • Judgement, organized, and leadership skills
  • Experience and Education
    • 5 years or more of experience in a management role
    • Bachelor's degree
