About the Role

Pioneer Cruises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization to new heights. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives
    • Lead and manage senior staff, including directors and department heads
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including financial management, human resources, and administrative functions
    • Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent Pioneer Cruises in various forums, including industry events, conferences, and meetings
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
    • Ensure the organization's brand and reputation are maintained and enhanced
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the cruise industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. They will be expected to demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Pioneer Cruises is looking for a candidate who is accurate, efficient, and organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills. They should be able to demonstrate sound judgement and a high level of professionalism.
