  • Strategic Planning and Decision Making

  • Financial Management

    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the cruise industry.
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams.
      • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with experience in developing and implementing business plans.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in representing the company in negotiations and other official functions.
