About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage our internal Salesforce CRM and integrated systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining Salesforce, communicating with local teams to understand their requirements, and providing assistance with the best way to utilize our internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • First line of support for user requests for our internal Salesforce CRM and integrated systems
  • Assisting with building reports, dashboards, page layout changes, field creation and maintaining users' roles, profiles and permissions
  • Work with the global Salesforce team on projects and the further development of Salesforce

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Basic and Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Experience in building reporting, formula fields and dashboards
  • Experience in implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience in Salesforce communities, hands-on with all aspects of Salesforce configuration and automation
