Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our CRM team, you'll be responsible for the general administration of Salesforce CRM/CPQ and related applications. This role requires exceptional technical, analytical, problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce leading practices and guidelines
  • Administer and customize DocuSign CLM
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to other CRM team members
  • Own complex projects and perform detailed analysis of internal stakeholders' business requirements
  • Develop and maintain standardized documentation
  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement
  • Prioritize, design, and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive accountability and standardization for Lead-to-Contract initiatives
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and related functionality
  • Experience integrating with DocuSign CLM and other enterprise applications
  • Proven creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with business users and technical staff
  • Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced team members
