BDC Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Representative to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our Client Contact Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle high-volume outbound and inbound phone contacts to engage with customers and schedule sales appointments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their experience at OpenRoad meets their expectations.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate customer data and track interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Previous call center experience an asset, but not required.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; bilingualism an asset.
- Strong customer service and phone skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
