Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Client Contact Centre, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to schedule appointments and drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Escalate issues to management as needed and work to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center experience an asset.
  • Strong customer service and phone skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
