Job Title: BDC Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Representative to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone contacts, following up with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle heavy inbound and outbound phone contacts
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Contact customers to schedule sales appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Escalate issues to management as needed
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience an asset
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Strong customer service and phone skills
  • Organized and self-motivated
