We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Representative to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound phone contacts to engage with customers and schedule sales appointments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns or issues.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and personalized recommendations to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is an asset.
