Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at MARK WONG. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide assistance to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Job Summary:

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of physical and emotional stamina. You will work closely with clients, their families, and our team to provide personalized support and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Shop for groceries and household supplies
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and you will work in a non-smoking environment. You will be required to travel to clients' homes and may be exposed to various weather conditions.
