About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker at Safe Care Home Support Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Administer medications and perform other medical tasks as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including laundry and housekeeping duties
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
