About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Joon Yeol Ryu. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Household Duties: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing living spaces.
  • Laundry: Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
