Job Title: Finance Transformation Lead, ERP Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to play a key role in our ERP implementation project. As a member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in the implementation of the finance functionality of a new ERP system.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience with translating finance business requirements into project requirements, preferably in a healthcare setting. They will also have three to five years of experience managing finance applications and enabling technology. In addition, they will have in-depth knowledge across a wide spectrum of finance processes, principles, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and expertise in the implementation of the finance functionality of a new ERP system.
  • Translate finance business requirements into project requirements.
  • Manage finance applications and enabling technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives in a dynamic organizational environment.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term technology plans.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in finance, information technology management, computer science or business program, or related combination of education & experience.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is an asset.
  • Chartered Professional Accountant certification (CPA) is an asset.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
