Mackenzie Health is a leading healthcare provider in the region, and we are seeking an experienced ERP Finance Transformation Leader to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with expertise in finance transformation and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. As the ERP Finance Transformation Leader, you will play a critical role in streamlining finance operations and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance on finance transformation initiatives, including project management, change management, and process re-engineering.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize finance process improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage industry best practices and thought leadership to inform finance transformation strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure effective adoption of new finance processes and systems.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of finance transformation initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance transformation and implementation of ERP systems, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes, principles, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and motivate teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
