About the Opportunity


Mackenzie Health is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect and ERP Implementation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) that will enable us to provide high-quality care to our patients.



Job Description

  • You will lead the technical aspects of the ERP implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful rollout.
  • Develop and implement cloud-native architecture strategies to drive cost-effective, scalable, and reliable systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute the migration to a new cloud-based ERP system.
  • Design and implement APIs, integration, and data architectures to meet business needs.
  • Ensure data accessibility, accuracy, and security through collaboration with the vendor.
  • Develop and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and best practices for the ERP system.
  • Contribute to strategic technology directions and define technical continuous improvement objectives in collaboration with your teammates and leadership.
  • Participate in program & project scoping and planning with Agile process and tools.
  • Identify and track assumptions and constraints and ensure program methodology and standards are being adhered to.
  • Assist in creating, coordinating, and executing program work plans/deliverables, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs/requirements.
  • Lead your team, in conjunction with the vendor, for technical requirements, procedures, and infrastructure.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between technology and business by coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or related combination of education & experience.
  • 7+ years of experience as an Architect with ERP application technology solution, architecture covering Applications, APIs, and Systems Integration, data, and cloud.
  • Experience managing local and/or cloud architecture including system integration, data, and database architectures.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into tangible plans.
  • Plan and lead the work of technical team members.
  • Experience with infrastructure, networking, and security in cloud-based delivery models.
  • Experience architecting/operating solutions build on Azure, GCP, others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including above-average writing skills, for working with individuals and teams at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Able to multi-task and effectively juggle competing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
