Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to drive profitability in our service departments, working closely with branch operations to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery dealer business practices and customer support processes.
  • Understanding of branch operations for service and financial acumen with a focus on branch GL's.
  • Ability to teach financial acumen to managers and lead by example.
  • Strong interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of products, customers, markets, and competitors.
