Executive Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our team at Ultimate Earmold Designs/Brittany Glen Hearing Centre.
As an executive director, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success. This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a related field. You will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating the work of teams, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in official functions.
You will also be responsible for selecting and developing middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, as well as establishing financial and administrative controls.
A valid driver's license, airport security clearance, and criminal record check are required. You will also need to be willing to travel internationally and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Our company offers a competitive salary of $8,000,001 or more per year, depending on location, as well as dental and healthcare plans, and permanent employment.
