Salary$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an integral member of our HR department, you will provide strategic support to client group leaders, focusing on employee relations, engagement, performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum five years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a generalist or business partner role with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.
- An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, or other discipline with a certificate in Human Resources, or equivalent mix of experience and education. CHRP or CHRL designation is preferred.
- Advanced level knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of an HRIS system.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; setting and managing own priorities and deliverables based on client need.
- Advanced communication skills, preferably in both English and French. Ability to communicate and present with/at all levels within the organization.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance.
- Must be bilingual in French and English.
