The Administrative Support Coordinator role at Roadx Express Ltd. is a vital position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage daily operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating seminars and conferences, arranging travel, and maintaining office supplies and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure seamless coordination of daily tasks, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a permanent, full-time position with a typical work week of 35-45 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily tasks
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
