About the Role

Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our Sales and Fleet Administration Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the company car and employee lease programs, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of vehicles to dealers, employees, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Program Coordination: Solicit vehicle orders from departments and employees, compile and track orders, and coordinate the timely preparation of vehicles, including pre-delivery inspections and licensing.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Arrange delivery of vehicles to employees, advise accounting and insurance carriers, and maintain accurate and updated company car usage reports.
  • Autoshow and Event Coordination: Liaise with marketing and PR departments, dispose of autoshow vehicles to dealers, and ensure their subsequent sale and delivery.
  • End-of-Term Vehicle Coordination: Monitor timing, liaise with the Fleet Manager on surveying, pricing, and coordinating transport of turned-in units to dealers or auction locations.
  • Vehicle Movement and Damage Coordination: Develop relationships with ports, compounds, and vendors, ensure timely shipment and delivery, and assess and work with insurance companies and dealers on repair, reimbursement, and costing of damaged company vehicles.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Automotive Distribution
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of experience and education
