Job Summary

Pride Fleet Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our fleet, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels to optimize fleet performance
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-42 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
