Job Title: Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman

Pride Fleet Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee a team of 3-4 people, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities, including repairs and rentals.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare production and other reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 42 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Industry Experience: Trucking industry experience.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, and teamwork skills.
