Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, record minutes of meetings and court sessions, and prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, perform administrative tasks, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
