The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as ensuring the HR department meets the organization's goals. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Ensure the HR department meets the organization's goals
  • Motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
